My schoolfriend and his family (The Moore’s) lived there in about 1971 ish.
I used to help with potato picking, straw burning etc. The Family used to hold a fantastic Guy Faulks night bonfire every year. We spent ages collecting wood from around the fields to build it up high.
Cow Common Farm wasn’t where Leon school is, it was just after the tunnel to the Blue Lagoon train tracks.
I lived there when i was in my 20’s it was a beautiful house.
