She rests on her elbows with her gloved hands under her chin. Her hair is piled high tipped with a large brimmed hat. There are theatrical scenery tree trunks behind her. The words Miss E Firth are written in the bottom left hand corner and (Bassano Ltd) is written at the bottom right. The card is addressed to Miss Mumford 10 Chislehurst Rd Richmond Hill and the message reads “Dear Dora just a PC in answer to yours of this morning. I have been over to Hampstead to see a Lady & think (?) get the place. I am sorry I shall not be able to come over tomorrow but may the next Sunday (?) (?) with love from Ursie.
