  • The first of the 4 pictures in this set shows Hunter Drive and Celina Close in Water Eaton.

The view is looking from the west and Water Eaton Road is visible in the top left corner. Saffron Street and what is now Mossmans Close can be seen near the top of the image.

  • The fourth image in this set of four shows the Tinkers Bridge development, looking from the south.

A few houses from Simpson Village can be seen in the bottom right. The little bridge over the canal is still there but is now only a footpath.

The image shows a make-shift bridge to the north which would eventually become the place where Groveway (H9) crosses the canal.

In the bottom left are the foundations of what today is the Charles Warren Academy.

Woughton Park can be seen in the distance.
