There are a couple of sentences on; a variety of homes, competitive prices, a city of trees, old towns and villages, the past remembered, help and settling in, trouble free travel, plenty to do, space to play, a range of employment, health centres, a choice of shopping, shopping in central Milton Keynes and the heart of the city.

On the back of the leaflet there is a map the surrounding towns between Birmingham and London.
