Wolverton Girls' Grammar School Head Girl's plaque, 1951
Betty West (née Kightley) was Head Girl at Wolverton Grammar School (where Bushfield School is now) in 1951-52. She was appointed by the staff. This plaque was presented to her in a school assembly by D.E.Morgan, the Headmaster.

Are you sure it was a girls grammar school?
I thought Wolverton Grammar school was mixed – it certainly was when I first went there in September 1955.
