Chair: Roger Kitchen Consultant in Arts Heritage and Education in the community; helped establish the Milton Keynes City Discovery Centre and Inter-Action MK and was co-founder and first General Manager of Living Archive; film-maker, especially of digital stories, and Oral History specialist. Board member of Community Action:MK; and accredited trainer for the British Library and Oral History Society.
Vice-Chair (Archives, Museums and Heritage): Robert Excell Former Curator at Science Museum and of Collections Care, London Transport Museum; founder member of MK Heritage Association, currently Ch; Secretary, Association of British Transport & Engineering Museums; member, Social History Curators Group.
Vice-Chair (Arts and Heritage): Poppy Hollman Museum Consultant specialising in Exhibitions and Touring Exhibitions; clients include the Science Museum, the Museum of London, the British Council and the International Council of Museums; until 2013, Head of Touring Exhibitions at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
Honorary Treasurer: Ann Sidgwick provides IT Training, database system design and accounting support to the commercial sector and the NHS; she has provided support to both Willen Hospice and to SNAP; is currently Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Bletchley and edits and publishes the Bow Brickhill village monthly newsletter.
Legal Matters: Helaine Griffin Former senior solicitor with multi-national law firm Dentons, advising on property matters (retired); Board member of Whitecap Leisure and Independent Cinema MK; Volunteer for WEA MK and NADFAS (National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies), Church Recorder.
Schools: Elizabeth Bancroft Headteacher of Loughton Manor First School; National College for School Leadership appointed Local Leader of Education with mentoring and standard-raising roles, specialising in Early Years; conducts children’s choirs and ensembles; performs with brass and vocals in local bands.
Records Organisation: David Bruce Formerly with British Transport Police and Project Co-ordinator with national DIY firm; holds an MBA focused on organisational effectiveness; LAMK volunteer since 2009 and Board member since 2015; currently trawling the Main Archive for duplicates and mislabelled files.
Music and Local History: Marion Hill Former comprehensive school Deputy Head; writer of over 20 local history books; former Vice-Chair of Arts & Heritage Alliance MK; currently Deputy Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, Chair of the LAMK Board Subcommittee, singer with Danesborough Chorus and member of the Living Archive Band.
Community Diversity: Martin Ferns Resident in MK for 40 years; formerly editor, subsequently manager at The Open University; international educational development project manager, mainly related to school curriculum development and textbook publishing capacity; Chair of Trustees of Global Education Milton Keynes 2003-2014.
Archive Deployment and Development: Sarah Ralph Heritage professional specialising in exhibitions, such as co-ordinating the major 1WW exhibition at Bletchley Park; has also worked for a range of heritage organisations including English Heritage and the British Library.
Company Secretary and General Manager: Melanie Jeavons: LAMK General Manager since 2003; former Living Archive project co-ordinator; previously worked in adult education.
Board Secretary: Rachel Chapman has a background in arts marketing and administration for various local organisations including The Stables and the Milton Keynes Festival Fringe and a long-standing interest in MK’s arts and heritage scene.

Sue Malleson: Semi-retired from public relations, now freelances and runs MK Media Circle; formerly with MK Development Corporation; member of Living Archive Band.
Herbert Booth: Looks after the Archive and manages a team of dedicated volunteers who sort, digitise and catalogue our archive material. He also puts on regular exhibitions within the community.
