We are all walking, talking, living history with day-to-day experiences that unite us.  It is these that Living Archive MK records and shares, thereby preserving and nurturing the heritage of Milton Keynes.

The Archive has inspired innumerable projects in arts, education, heritage and community development.  The subsequent films, books, music, artworks and exhibitions bring these memories to life, generate new ones and engender a feeling of pride in the new city and its people.

We do all this without any core funding.

LAMK depends entirely on winning competitive project funding for its work… and it depends on donations.
