Yes Cara I am your long lost cousin. Fond memories of the Vic and Grandad. The ganders name was Bill. Not sure how you can contact me. Maybe Facebook or someone from this website could help. Auntie Shirley lived in the Providence Place cottages in the background.
My 75 year old memory had tricked me into thinking our Grandad’s pub (The Victoria Inn, just around the corner), had a thatched roof, which of course it doesn’t. The picture shown here is what I had in my memory….. your first home!
You are my long lost cousin Susan! My sister Pat and I spent a lot of time with you and your folks when you were very young. How can I get in touch with you? I also remember being trapped in Grandad’s camper by the angry geese and having to be rescued! I have lived in Western Canada since I was 16. Would love to hear from you.
