Second page of the LNWR - Mantle Agreement

Second page of the Agreement. This lays down numerous stipulations about the house that Mr Mantle is agreeing to build on Lot 407 within two years of the Agreement. For example the front of the house must be in line with others in the street, its elevation must be approved by the LNWR, and the house shall not be used as a Beer House, Inn or Public House.
