A Helmut Jacoby rendering of an arcade in the proposed City Club, which would have been housed in a construction as big as the Shopping Building. The image shows a high arcade with a curved glass roof, striped pillars and plenty of trees and plants. There are screens, posters and brightly decorated wall hangings. People are entering the building by escalators or stairs. A dance floor and bar are in the centre and the image gives the impression of plenty of activity.
