Hi, I recognise so many people on these photo’s, brings back so many memories. I left in ’63 to join the R.N. with Terry Hall, on the photo. I lived in Oakwood drive and my mum was a cook at the school and my dad was a driver on B.Rail I now live in Guisborough, N.Yorks.

Just perusing the old photographs from Leon. I was there 1960 to 1964. My only claim to fame was skiving off as much maths etc to build the Enterprise sailing dinghy under the skillfull and patient guidance of Rod Helliwell. Anyone know or are in touch with David Javes, Martin Smith etc or know where Rod Helliwell is. From Peter Walker commonly known as porky walker
