You beat me to it, after spending ten confused minutes looking to match it with google maps, I realise the reverse scan !

This is a view looking north from the Civic Offices (note balcony detail), but the image has been reversed – the white housing on the right is Bradwell Common, the buff brick housing on the left is Conniburrow
