The offices to the right, ground floor, was occupied by members of the University pre-press origination departments, also camera and darkrooms. Here material was prepared for printing the University’s course materials, some printed in-house but a majority of the material was printed in other parts of the UK. The floor above was the camera section which produced photographic artwork for the large Design Studio to the left of the building, this was also on the first floor.
