Debi Morgan identifies as bisexual and was born in Buckinghamshire in 1960.  Sarah Fox identifies as bisexual and was born in Lambeth in 1975. In this joint interview they recount their pivotal roles in the formation and growth of YouthLine, a support organisation for LGBTQ+ youth in Milton Keynes. Debi, a youth worker, initiated the project after recognising the lack of services for young LGBTQ+ individuals in the early 1990s. She facilitated youth-led initiatives, including a helpline and support group, eventually guiding YouthLine to become an independent charity with lottery funding and national recognition. Sarah, a young participant at the time, described the group as empowering and transformative, giving her the confidence to later engage in international LGBTQ+ activism through IGLYO. Both reflect with pride on the lasting impact of YouthLine and its legacy in shaping inclusive youth services in Milton Keynes.
