Shaun is correct! – Was Bletchley Leisure Centre open in 1973 the pyramid you can see is the swimming pool which replaced Queen’s Pool and the weird thing was that it had two pine trees inside and one day there was disconcerting news in, I think, the Gazette that the trees had ‘growth’ and it turned out that these growths were actually dates not that we ever got to taste them.
