One of the core aims of Living Archive is to offer encouragement, training and support to others elsewhere who want to celebrate the lives of their community. We have developed specific training packages which can be adapted to your local circumstances.

Creative Training - ICT with a purpose...
Living Archive provides creative training courses in web page creation, image manipulation, digital sound and video editing. Participants use their own life stories and memories, or the history of their community as an inspiration for their learning. We provide project-based learning, workshops and bespoke training for organisations and individuals.

New Training Suite...
We have a fully fitted training suite with broadband internet access for 10 users at once plus 5 extra non-networked users. Software installed will provide users easy ways to create web pages, manipulate images and edit sound, this room is also available for private hire.

Milton Keynes Football Project
Funded by a 'Your Heritage' Lottery grant this project will collect personal testimonies, photographs and memorabilia to document the history of football in Milton Keynes over the last 100 years. The primary source material collected will be used to create a website, exhibition, book and digital stories. more |
