Beanhill Day Trip by Liz Goodman

Tina had arranged a trip to Birmimingham in November 2013. The coach left The Moorlands at 9.30 am on a Saturday. On the coach, we had a raffle and played a couple of fun games. When we arrived at Birimimingham everyone went their own way. I had gone with two of my friends. The first thing we did was to find a place and have a cuppa. There we met some other people from the coach. The German market was on (so that’s were we went). There were a lot of people there, which made it hard to see every thing.

As the day went on we were feeling tired, so it was time for another cuppa and something to eat. We went into the market and found that there were 3 indoor markets as well. We seemed to spend quite a bit of money there but it was worth it. We managed to buy some meat at the meat market and some other food and clothes from the other markets.

We met back at the coach for 5 0’clock. We got back into Beanhill, Moorlands Centre around 7ish. We had a very lovely but tiring day. Lets hope there is another trip at the end of this year.
