this was the Shoulder of Mutton pub that stood on the corner of Buckingham Road and Newton Road. Another building/extension was built on to the pub at a later date, but both were demolished in 1962 and the Shoulder of Mutton pub reopened across the road (possibly in the old farm house that stood on the corner of Buckingham Road and Shenley Road). The houses to the left of the pub are still there now.
The new Shoulder of Mutton changed its name to the Three Trees at a later date.
