The film begins with exterior shots of the theatre construction, a block wall and shots of the glass waiting to be installed.
00:01:59 the scene changes to the interior construction of the auditorium, scaffolding and wooden beams can be seen. The stage area and rigging for the sets are shown.
00:06:31 this part of the film ends here. Although there is no video at this point, John Hemson receives a telephone call and the audio is recorded.
00:07:18 the film continues with more scenes of the auditorium being constructed. Views are shown of the stage area, the set rigging, the seating areas and the ceiling from various locations.
00:14:14 the film cuts to the foyer where a man is shown working on the floor and another painting by the stairs. The film then cuts back into the auditorium. General shots of construction work are shown including welding, sawing and hammering. Views of the stage, set rigging, scaffolding, seating areas, lighting and sound booth are shown.
00:23:29 the film cuts back to the foyer area and work taking place on one of the walkways. Shots of the stairs and down to the ground floor where the floor is being poured are shown.
00:26:52 the film returns to inside the auditorium to show more views of the set rigging and construction work taking place.
