Railway Approach

Railway Approach. Cecil Hands Garage. The trees of Bletchley Park can be seen above the garages. A Railway Drayman and his horse can be seen coming down the approach going to the Goods Shed on the other side of the railway. The horses were stabled in buildings at the far end of Cecil Hand Garage. When shunting horses were in use they were stabled in that same buildings. From there they went across Approach Road through a gate opposite to start shunting.
