Female born in Pakistan 1974
She was born in Karachi, Pakistan in 1974. She moved to Milton Keynes after she married because her husband came from there and had a job there. She had three children. She worked as a child-minder.
She did not know much about Milton Keynes before she moved. She found it green and clean. She lived in Central Milton Keynes which connected with everywhere. She loved walking and appreciated the redways. Her favourite place was Campbell Park. She also liked Willen Park. Her favourite memory was of a bonfire night at Campbell Park.
Since she had arrived, she had seen Milton Keynes growing: more homes, more shops and more schools. There was also more traffic and it took longer to get to places. Some areas were dirtier. She thought Milton Keynes would continue to grow.
She thought the new gallery at the Museum should show the difference in Milton Keynes for different generations.
