Sporting heroes
And so much more…
Many people don’t realise how many interesting characters have lived or worked in the area that is now Milton Keynes. From early times, the people of north Bucks have done a lot to help the progress of industry, to develop new ideas and build new and exciting machinery. They have worked hard to achieve great things, to help others and to make a name for themselves in their chosen field.
At The Pioneers and Heroes exhibition you can learn about all these people and take part in activities such as code-breaking and bonnet making and you could get your picture on the front page of The MK Citizen!
