I would guess 1916/17
My mother is third in from the left with her hands in her lap. She was born in 1911
I would be interested to know the date of the picture. My mother started at the infant school aged 4 in Sept 1914 and went on to the girls school and the “Works ” She remembered that when she had been at school for a few weeks the teacher told the class to hold up their right hand. She got it wrong and held up her left. The teacher brought the cane down on her bare arm and said “Now you will know your right from your left “
