First World War Memorial Plaque dedicated to Albert Mander
World War One memorial plaque in memory of ‘ALBERT VICTOR MANDER’. It consists of a bronze plaque with the image of Britannia holding a trident in her right hand and holding up a laurel wreath in her left hand above the name of the deceased in a box. A lion is at her feet. Two dolphins swim around Britannia. Around the picture is the caption ‘HE DIED FOR FREEDOM AND HONOUR’. Also envelope addressed to John Mander from Plaque Section, Royal Arsenal, London S.E 18
